For “How To Negotiate Like A Pro,” you may request a refund of your purchase price (less $100) by the end of the day (that’s 11:59 PM, New York City time) on the day of your first class. That means you can attend the first class and, if it’s not for you, request a refund (less $100) before the end of that day (New York City time). After that, there will be no refunds.
In all cases, we retain $100 to cover some processing costs and to ensure that only serious negotiators enroll.

For “How To Negotiate Your Syndicated Credit Facility,” you may request a refund of your purchase price (less $300) by the end of the day (that’s 11:59 PM, New York City time) on the day of your first class. That means you can attend the first class and, if it’s not for you, request a refund (less $300) before the end of that day (New York City time). After that, there will be no refunds.
